Verify Paypal For Free

Okay, many people make Paypal accounts but they can't get verified. Either because they're too young and can't show any ID, or they don't have any Bank Account, etc. Well I am going to show you how to get your Paypal account verified for free - absolutely legal!
NOTE: Make sure you have a Paypal account first. To sign up for one go to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Step 1
- Go to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and click "Open an account!"
Step 2
- Now enter your real information. They will actually be sending you a free prepaid debit card to your house with whatever name you put.
Step 3
- Enter a valid email address and choose a username or create your own.
Step 4
- You should be directed to a page that asks for a new password and security question/answer. Fill it out, continue, and on the next page hit Done if it appears.
Step 5
- Now if something comes up about Message Alerts to your phone, just hit Skip, unless you really want to do it.
Step 6
- Hit 'Home' on the top of the page and when the page loads, hit a tab that says 'Load'.
Step 7
- Look for PayPal Transfers and next to hit 'Sign up now'. Follow the steps provided to set up a Bank Account.
Step 8
- After you set up a bank account, PayPal will sent 2 small amounts to your site account (will take about 2 - 3 days). Once you see you have about .50 cents or whatever in your Netspend account, go to the My Account tab and hit Transaction History.
Step 9
- Once you find the 2 ammounts, login to your Paypal account, confirm your bank account and when prompted to enter the 2 ammounts, do so.
Congratulations, your Paypal account is now verified and working for free and completely legal! In a few business days, a prepaid debit card should be sent to your home with the name your provided in the registering of the Netspend card/account. You now have a working Paypal, and a working prepaid Visa debit card you can use online, ATMs, stores, etc.
